I understand what it feels like to move through seasons of uncertainty, loss, and self-doubt, because I’ve experienced how life’s transitions can quietly shift our sense of who we are over time. My own journey has showed me that meaningful change happens when we feel truly safe, seen, and supported - not rushed, judged, or pushed to be anything other than ourselves.
I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed, relational approach to counselling and coaching for women navigating all stages of grief, burnout, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm.
Our work together gently integrates nervous system awareness, parts-based insight, and the mind, body, soul connection to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself to build a steadier sense of clarity, resilience, and self-trust.
