Counselling
 

Counselling is a supportive space to slow down and make sense of your inner and outer world. Together, we explore what you’re carrying, what feels overwhelming or stuck, and what you long to feel differently, with care, curiosity, and without judgment.
 

Our work focuses on building emotional and nervous system safety so you can move beyond survival and begin to process experiences at a pace that feels right for you. Through conversation, reflection, gentle insight, and practical tools, counselling can help you deepen self-understanding, navigate life’s transitions, and strengthen your capacity for resilience, clarity, and self-trust.
 

My role is to walk alongside you — helping you reconnect with your strengths, your values, and your own inner wisdom so that change feels meaningful, sustainable, and true to who you are.

Coaching

Coaching is a future-focused, collaborative process designed to support growth, clarity, and meaningful change. Rather than processing past experiences in depth, coaching focuses on where you are now, where you want to go, and the practical steps that will help you move forward.

Together, we explore your goals, values, patterns, and strengths, while building strategies that support alignment, confidence, and sustainable progress. Coaching may include reflection, mindset work, accountability, and supportive guidance to help you navigate life transitions, prevent burnout, strengthen boundaries, and create a life that feels more intentional and balanced.

My role as your coach is to support your momentum, encourage self-trust, and help you translate insight into action in a way that feels realistic, supportive, and aligned with your whole life.
